Shipping Policy

We accept orders every day of the week, and we ship every day from Monday through Friday, except holidays. We usually ship your order within 3-5 business days of receiving it. We ask that you please plan in advance if you need your item by a certain date. Shipping cost and delivery time may vary depending on shipping options and your adddress.

All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.  Unless otherwise specified, if you are exchanging an item, you are responsible for paying shipping to send it back to us, and for us to ship the new item to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on your postal code and the weight/volume of items you order, and they are automatically calculated when you place your order.
