After delivery, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your Boii, as long as it meets our return conditions.
Each batch is made in limited quantities to ensure careful, consistent quality. Boii is handmade in a slow, batch-based process, and some parts of the production simply take time to complete. From shaping and assembly to the final finishing touches, rushing would compromise the character of each piece. We’d rather make each one right than make it fast.
Boii is made from soft wool felt and designed for gentle use. Please avoid pulling, squeezing too hard, or using sharp objects, as this may damage its structure. Gentle handling will help it last longer.
You can lightly spot-clean with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking in water or machine washing, as wool felt may lose shape when wet. Let it air dry naturally.
