Please note: Since all our plush toys are handmade, it is normal for them to have minor imperfections. Thank you for your understanding! Additionally, please understand that custom made plush toys and pet cloning service (which will be clearly stated on the product page) are non-refundable and non-returnable. If you notice any obvious defects upon receiving your plush toy, please promptly contact us via email and send relevant photos or videos as evidence. Thank you for your support and trust. Return and Exchange Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your package(The customer’s receiving time is calculated from the moment the tracking information shows the package has been delivered successfully to the shipping address). Orders that are still in transit or exceed this time frame are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the same state as when you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before initiating a return or exchange, please contact us via email(support@fimicoworld.com) to submit your request and receive our confirmation. Unconfirmed return or exchange requests will not be accepted.

  2. Provide Information: In your email, please include your order number, item details, and the reason for the return or exchange. For incorrect or defective items, kindly provide relevant images or videos to assist us in processing your request.

  3. Evaluate the Item: Upon receiving your return request, we will confirm receipt of your email at this stage and evaluate whether the item meets the return or exchange criteria based on the information you provided.

  4. Return Address: If the item qualifies for a return or exchange, we will provide you with the return address. Please return the item in accordance with the ‘Condition of Items‘ requirements to the provided return address.

  5. Return Shipping: Please send the item to the return address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and providing us with the tracking number to avoid any issues during the return process.

  6. Processing Time: We will process your return or exchange within 1-5 business days after confirming receipt of the returned item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Incorrect or Defective Items: If the item is incorrect or defective upon delivery, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Other Cases: In all other cases, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-5 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
  • Taxes and duties: Import duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages & Incorrect Address

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. If shipping issues arise due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for shipping errors or issues not caused by us. If your local carrier provides instructions on how to collect your package, please follow their guidance to ensure successful delivery. For any shipping-related issues, please contact both the carrier and us promptly.
