We process orders on every business day (excluding weekends and holidays) and typically ship packages around 1-5 business days after receiving an order or complete the production. If you require your package to arrive before specific holidays or celebrations, please plan ahead.
Some of our products are made to order and production begins only after we receive your purchase. You can find the estimated production time listed in the product description on the item’s page. In some cases, production may take a bit longer than expected, so we kindly ask for your patience. Once the item is completed, it will be shipped within approximately 1–5 business days. Regarding the time for the pre-order event, please refer to the estimated shipping time specified in the pre-order event.
Shipping times vary depending on the delivery address. For example, shipping to the United States usually takes around 3-7 days; to the United Kingdom, approximately one week; and to Australia, it may take 2-4 weeks, depending on the actual situation. Certain regions may experience extended shipping times due to logistics policies, weather, or other factors. For instance, during holidays like Christmas, carriers may receive an increased volume of packages, leading to longer processing times. The shipping times listed above are for reference only, please refer to the actual delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
We are not responsible for shipping errors or issues not caused by us. If your local carrier provides instructions on how to collect your package, please follow their guidance to ensure successful delivery. For any shipping-related issues, please contact both the carrier and us promptly.
We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us by email before your order has been shipped so that we can update and confirm the correct delivery information.
If the error is discovered after the order has been shipped, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to request redelivery to your correct address. Any additional costs incurred as a result of an address error will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customs duties, taxes, and other fees during and after shipping are automatically calculated based on the delivery address and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes related to orders. The specific delivery times and fees(tariffs, taxes, etc.) are beyond our control.
